Local X VIP Pilot

Ten trusted brothers. One blunt mission.

Local X is in private pilot preview. This is not a public launch. The goal is to test whether the Challenge Coin Vault, Benefit Boards, and Hall Extension Pages are strong enough to pull brothers into a trade-native platform.

Hall respect statement

Local X supports halls. It does not replace the hall, dispatch, referral rules, book signing, out-of-work lists, or local procedures. Always verify current rules, hours, requirements, and status directly with the hall.

Test One

Challenge Coin Vault

Judge whether coin rankings, vault status, and private trade intent feel strong enough to bring collectors back.

Test Two

Benefit Boards

Test the donated-item board flow, dedication, donor thank-you, paid/unpaid status, and board target math.

Test Three

Hall Extension

Review whether the hall-control approach feels respectful, realistic, and useful without pretending to be dispatch.

What testers should answer

Would brothers actually use this?
Which hook is strongest: Coin Vault, Benefit Boards, or Hall Pages?
What feels confusing?
What feels risky?
What would make you come back tomorrow?
Would this move brothers off Facebook?
Would halls trust this if they controlled their own pages?
What is missing before a real pilot?

Pilot rule

Be blunt. Pretty praise is useless. We need to know what pulls, what fails, what scares halls, what brothers would actually use, and what has to be fixed before broader rollout.
